Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from client residences in Troy, MI area.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support clients' daily needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
