Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in South Lyon, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.
