About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Dundee, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Pass a background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Help clients manage medication reminders and appointments.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
