Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience, within healthcare is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background and registry checks
• Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style

Nice To Haves

• Professional or personal experience in senior care is a plus

• Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality caregivers
• Set clear performance expectations
• Maintain strong service standards and team culture
• Provide mentorship and daily guidance
• Reinforce accountability and professionalism
• Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued
• Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs
• Solve last-minute call-offs with calm, decisive leadership
• Match caregivers to clients based on skill, personality, and care needs
• Help ensure smooth client onboarding
• Communicate proactively and professionally
• Address concerns quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction
• Assist with ADLs or companionship to ensure uninterrupted care delivery
