Caregiver Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator — Home Care Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to ensure our clients receive reliable, uninterrupted care. This role is responsible for recruiting caregivers and coordinating schedules to maintain full coverage across our service area. Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, or operations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with employees and clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using software systems and learning new tools
  • Reliable, professional, and solutions-oriented
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, home care, or staffing industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Hire Caregivers
  • Post and manage job ads (Indeed, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen applicants via phone and virtual interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Coordinate background checks and onboarding requirements
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is complete and compliant
  • Support caregiver engagement and retention
  • Manage Staffing & Scheduling
  • Assist with building and maintaining caregiver schedules
  • Monitor open shifts and proactively secure coverage
  • Communicate with caregivers regarding availability and changes
  • Respond to call-outs, late arrivals, and staffing emergencies
  • Track attendance and reliability
  • Work closely with leadership to prevent service disruptions
