About The Position

Home Care Partners is seeking a highly organized and responsive Scheduling Support Coordinator to help keep their caregiving operations running smoothly. This role involves assisting with caregiver communication, managing open shifts, updating schedules, maintaining documentation, and providing after-hours response. The work directly contributes to reducing coverage gaps, ensuring caregivers are informed, and guaranteeing clients receive consistent, reliable care.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn scheduling systems and internal tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, office administration, or a related role (healthcare experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support caregiver schedules by assisting with updates, open shifts, and coverage needs.
• Contact caregivers about availability, schedule confirmations, weekend commitments, and holiday coverage.
• Respond to call-outs, late arrivals, and after-hours scheduling changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, families, and the office team.
• Maintain accurate availability records, scheduling notes, and on-call documentation.
• Identify unresolved coverage gaps or reliability concerns and escalate them to the appropriate team member.
