HomeWell Cares Services is a rapidly growing home care agency. We are looking for a motivated individual to be our scheduler/operations assistant. The duties of this position include directing/handling phone calls from clients and caregivers with compassion and staffing cases with caregiver skill and client care in mind. The successful candidate will perform various supervisory activities related to scheduling caregivers to clients, timecard processing, and other responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate should have clerical and scheduling experience, preferably in home care scheduling. They should also have their own vehicle, have a positive attitude under pressure and be able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment. Ultimately, a successful candidate will relieve the overflow of work in the office and assist the overall production of the Operations team, with growth potential into an Operations Manager/Director role.
