About The Position

CareCo Home Care is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our team in Berlin, Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
No prior scheduling experience is required — we provide full training. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to take ownership of their role.

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling caregivers for client shifts and ensuring proper coverage
• Communicating with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes
• Handling last-minute adjustments and solving scheduling challenges
• Maintaining accurate records and updates within scheduling systems
• Supporting overall office operations as needed
