As a Home Care Scheduler/Caregiver Manager you’ll be at the heart of our care delivery team—overseeing the scheduling, support and professional development of our in-home Caregivers. You’ll work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure Caregivers are effectively matched with clients, mentored with compassion, and equipped to provide outstanding care. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a people-first management style, excellent organization and time management skills, and a commitment to ensuring the highest care delivery standards.
