About The Position
As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Trinity Health At Home, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients in their homes. This role involves using advanced tools, clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience
- Strong computer and technology skills required
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- ICU, ER, Urgent Care, Critical Care, or Rehab Experience
- Home healthcare experience is a plus
