Looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to service our Home Care Patients in Muskegon, MI Area. Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Trinity Health At Home - Muskegon, MI Make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time. As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Trinity Health At Home, you’ll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
- ICU, ER, Urgent Care, Critical Care, or Rehab Experience
- Strong computer and technology skills required.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
