About The Position

MAS Home Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized care to clients in their homes and independent living facilities in or near Manchester, New Hampshire. This role offers a flexible option for earning supplemental income while addressing a critical and growing need in healthcare. The position emphasizes providing support in comfortable, familiar environments, ensuring the health and safety of clients while promoting independence. The ideal candidate is patient, trusting, communicative, and empathetic.

Requirements

Must have an active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
1 to 2 years prior experience.
Active CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record and background check.
COVID with BOOSTER and flu vaccinations mandatory unless medical exemption presented (per State regulations).

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in a home setting and independent living facilities.
Collaborate with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care.
Work as a team with patients and their families to provide the highest quality of care.
Ensure the health and safety of clients while promoting independence.
Participate in administrative responsibilities, including documentation and communication with the office team.
Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams to follow.
Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence.
Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentation.
Assist with promoting client independence and healing.
Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care/treatments.
