About The Position

MAS Home Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized care to clients in their homes and independent living facilities near Concord, New Hampshire. This role offers a flexible alternative to traditional healthcare facility jobs, addressing a critical and growing need in healthcare while allowing team members to earn supplemental income. The ideal candidate is patient, trusting, communicative, and empathetic, aiming to ensure client health and safety while promoting independence.

Requirements

Must have an active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
1 to 2 years prior experience.
Active CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record and background check.
COVID with BOOSTER and flu vaccinations mandatory unless medical exemption presented (per State regulations).

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in a home setting and independent living facilities.
Collaborate with the caregiving team, patients, and families to provide the highest level of care.
Evaluate clients and develop care plans for clinical and non-clinical teams to follow.
Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams to ensure safety in the home and promote independence.
Work alongside the care team to develop care plans and complete documentation.
Assist with promoting client independence and healing.
Demonstrate competency in carrying out patient care/treatments.
Participate in administrative responsibilities, including documentation and communication with the office team, with paid admin time provided.
