About The Position

AdvisaCare is hiring home care professionals to join their team. They are looking for individuals who want a career where they can slow down, connect, and truly care. AdvisaCare Home Health & Hospice believes care is best delivered one-on-one in the comfort of home. The available positions include Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Pathologists (SLP), and Registered Nurses (RN). They offer PRN, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions. Employees will enjoy personalized patient care, in-home visits with real connection, more time with patients, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• A valid and active PT, OT, LPN, RN, or ST license in the state of Michigan.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Clear a background check and drug test
