About The Position

Westminster Communities of Florida is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving older adults since 1954. Our Home Care division is looking for PRN Home Care Aides in Manatee and Pinellas counties. This role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with shifts available during the day, evening, and on weekends. We are seeking experienced caregivers who are passionate about providing compassionate and reliable personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to clients. Requirements

• 1 year of supervised caregiver experience
• 75-hour Home Care Aid certificate
• CPR certification (in person, not online)
• Reliable and dependable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assistance with the activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion exercises
