About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Windham/Bedford area. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training, support, and flexibility you need to succeed. Unlike facility work, home care lets you focus on one person at a time, build real relationships, and see the difference you make every visit. You'll support seniors in staying independent in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- PCA, caregiver, HHA, LNA, CNA, or related experience welcomed
- New caregivers encouraged to apply - we provide training
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and do grocery shopping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor changes in clients' health and report concerns
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
