About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Bedford area. Whether you're experienced or just beginning your caregiving career, we provide the training, support, and flexibility you need to succeed. As a Home Care PCA, Caregiver, HHA, or LNA, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Unlike facility work, home care allows you to provide personalized, one-on-one support while building meaningful relationships with your clients. You'll have the time to truly make a difference in someone's day and help seniors remain independent in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- PCA, Caregiver, HHA, LNA, CNA, or related experience is welcomed
- New caregivers are encouraged to apply-we provide training
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and grocery shopping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor changes in clients' health and report concerns
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
