About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Operations Manager to support the referral process of our clients. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. We are dedicated to providing coordinated care to keep clients healthy and safe at home, ensuring they have the support needed to live full lives in their community. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business administration, preferably in health care, with demonstrated understanding of the health care environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and leading a team across multiple locations.
• Understanding of healthcare law and policies at the state, federal and local level for all locations within the scope of responsibility.
• Intermediate to Expert level experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals.
• Ability to work variable schedule and be on-call.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations preferred.
