Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership, operations, scheduling, staffing, or management experience
  • Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Background check required
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented leadership approach

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, staffing, or caregiving services preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Home Care Operations: Coordinate daily office operations and caregiver scheduling activities, Ensure consistent staffing coverage for seniors receiving in-home care, Manage schedule adjustments, call-offs, and urgent client needs efficiently, Monitor service delivery to maintain continuity of care and client satisfaction, Assist with operational workflows that support caregiving services and office performance
  • Recruit & Retain Caregivers: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and personal care assistants, Support caregiver retention through communication, mentorship, and leadership, Maintain strong caregiver engagement and team morale, Reinforce professionalism, accountability, and service standards, Help create a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and quality care
  • Client & Family Support: Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating care services, Communicate professionally with clients and families regarding schedules and service updates, Address concerns quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction, Ensure clients receive dependable, high-quality home care services tailored to their needs
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Partner with office leadership to improve operational efficiency and service quality, Support training initiatives and caregiver development, Help maintain compliance with company policies and care standards, Step in when necessary to ensure uninterrupted care and support services
