About The Position
Our Adult Client Would Love to Meet You! Our BAYADA Horsham Adult Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are looking for day, evening, overnight shift nurses to care for our 28 y/o client in Warminster. Our client has a history of cerebral palsy, congenital hydrocephalus, neuromuscular scoliosis status post spinal fusion, intrathecal baclofen pump placement, gastrojejunostomy (G-J) tube dependence for enteral nutrition, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). He enjoys listening to music and will often dance by shaking his hands. He also enjoys being read to and spending time outdoors in his wheelchair. This very special family needs our help and we are looking for RNs to add to his nursing team to make a difference!
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
