Requirements

• RN with two (2) years clinical experience.
• One (1) year experience in-home care preferred.
• Current state license to practice in state care is being provided.
• Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
• Analytical/Critical thinker.
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills.
• Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and community.
• Treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, and present a positive public image.
• Ability to work on weekends, nights, and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
• Case management skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review
• Provide skilled care services to Home Care patients
• National accounts
• Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients
• Uphold BrightStar behavior standards
