About The Position
BAYADA Skilled Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Laurel Highlands Offices to provide pediatric and adult care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive work environment with excellent onboarding and training, including a free lunch on the first day and paid orientation. The position involves one-on-one client care in their homes, building relationships, and monitoring clients' conditions. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider with a 50-year history.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one client care in the home.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home.
