Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs and RNs for opportunities in the Lancaster area, including Hummelstown, Middletown, Lititz, Lebanon, Etown, and Manheim. We provide one-on-one private duty care, offering flexible scheduling based on your preferences. Our nurses are matched with cases nearest to their homes for shorter commute times. BAYADA Home Health Care was founded on the principle that health care gets better when clients receive better care at home. Delivering care is our highest priority and greatest joy. We offer comprehensive paid training from day one, including in-office, in-home, and online modules, utilizing award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs. Nurses receive 24/7 on-call clinical support and utilize electronic charting with Statewise. All training is paid for and provided by BAYADA. We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, ensuring our nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- MAR-CPA
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care (Private Duty)
- Deliver care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
- Utilize electronic charting using Statewise
