About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our agency in the community — building relationships with referral sources, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and driving census growth. Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare or home care marketing/sales experience preferred
Knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry strongly desired
Proven track record of building referral relationships and meeting growth targets
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians' offices, and other referral sources
Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to healthcare professionals and community partners
Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to ensure smooth intake and client satisfaction
Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and census data
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase agency visibility
Maintain a consistent presence in the territory and manage a defined call cycle
