About The Position

This role involves overseeing the clinical and administrative functions of multisite Home Care offices. The Home Care Manager will ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and CHAP standards, manage budgets, and work towards achieving key performance indicators, including STAR ratings. A significant part of the role includes fostering a culture of excellence by hiring and supervising field clinicians and office support staff, directing Clinical Supervisors, participating in on-call rotations, and leading quality improvement and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Master’s in Health Administration, Nursing, Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred
• Current Michigan RN license or PT/OT license, in good standing
• 8 years clinical (PT/OT or RN), including 2 years acute care and 3 years home care/hospice
• Proven management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• CHAP standards preferred
• Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
• Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
