About The Position
Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) with hands-on care for only one client per day, allowing for building client relationships and watching their milestones. Your day will involve traveling to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions, documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations, and feeling empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

- Trach experience preferred, but not required
