About The Position

BAYADA Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses (LPN/RN) to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes within the Lancaster County area, including Kirkwood, Quarryville, Peach Bottom, Willow Street, and surrounding areas. We focus on delivering high-quality home health care, prioritizing the client's comfort and well-being in their preferred environment. Our commitment extends to supporting our nurses with comprehensive training, resources, and flexible scheduling to ensure their success and job satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• MAR-CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Deliver care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise.
• Participate in paid training from day 1, including in-office, in-home, and online modules.
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs.
