About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide pediatric and adult home care. Requirements

• Current valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Current CPR Card.
• Experience with pediatric and adult home care cases.
• Willingness to work with clients requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients.
• Administer advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, as needed.
• Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
• Communicate with clinical support for 24/7 on-call assistance.
