About The Position

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is looking for a Part-Time Home Care Consultant with Home Care Management experience who can review our current company practices and provide insight to grow our Home Care division. We are looking for an individual who possesses ideas for the future. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Home Care Agency Administrator, Director or agency manager. This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, for 10 to 15 hours per week. You must have high-speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse and keyboard to use with our company laptop. Must have high-speed internet. You must currently reside in Tennessee to be eligible.

Requirements

  • Home Care Management experience
  • Experience as a Home Care Agency Administrator, Director or agency manager
  • High-speed internet
  • At least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse and keyboard to use with our company laptop
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff.
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly!
  • Should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
  • Must currently reside in Tennessee

Responsibilities

  • Provides evaluation of the current level of growth to upper management by reviewing the way we are currently using our resources.
  • Review our current daily practices to provide suggestions and recommendations on improving our Home Care Division's growth rate.
  • Review the Home Care Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention.
  • Review the Home Care Division's forms of solicitation for clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve referrals and hiring.
  • Assist in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggest ways to improve.
  • Work upper management to improve the growth rate of the Home Care Division.
