Requirements

Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Minimum of one year infusion experience
Prior home care infusion experience

Nice To Haves

Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
PICC lines
Ports
Minimum 6 (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred
Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
Enzyme administration

Responsibilities

Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care
Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs
Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
