Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and ensure all client shifts are properly staffed.
- Confirm caregiver attendance and review daily care notes.
- Respond promptly to scheduling conflicts and service concerns.
- Speak with incoming leads and explain available home care services.
- Complete initial in-home assessments and client visits.
- Coordinate first shifts and follow up with clients and families.
- Maintain accurate client documentation in AxisCare.
- Communicate closely with caregivers, supervisors, clients, and families.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with care plans, agency policies, and state requirements.
