About The Position

Osborn Home Care is dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate in-home services that help clients live safely and independently. We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless scheduling and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with basic computer/scheduling systems; ability to learn new software.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and reliable teamwork.
  • Willingness to participate in shared on-call coverage.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare/home care scheduling or staff coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assign new client referrals to agency para-professional staff as directed.
  • Build and manage schedules for current clients; process service changes and requests in accordance with OHC policies and procedures.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with caregivers, nurses, clients, and internal partners regarding schedules and services.
  • Share on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 service continuity.
  • Represent Osborn Home Care professionally and positively in all interactions.
