About The Position

The Home Care Consultant is a key driver of growth for America’s Home Health Services. In this highly visible outside sales and business development role, you will build referral relationships, generate new client opportunities, and expand our presence throughout the community. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, home care marketing, business development, or community outreach.
  • Proven ability to generate referrals, close business, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping seniors and families access quality care services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow referral relationships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), healthcare providers, senior communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, and community partners.
  • Drive new business development initiatives to consistently meet and exceed monthly referral and sales goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships that increase market share and expand client services throughout the Central PA region.
  • Conduct client intake visits and assist families through the onboarding process with professionalism and compassion.
  • Represent America’s Home Health Services at networking events, senior expos, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
  • Execute marketing and territory growth strategies designed to maximize referrals and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with referral sources to encourage long-term partnerships.
  • Track referral activity, sales performance, and outreach efforts to ensure goals are consistently achieved.
  • Collaborate with office staff and leadership to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction.
