About The Position
Carolina Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Companions to provide personalized, non-medical support and daily living assistance directly to residents in their independent homes on campus.
Requirements
- Proven companion care experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes.
- Follow tasks outlined in individual resident care plans.
- Assist older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity.
- Communicate any client changes or health concerns promptly to management.
