About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Home Care Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships within the community to raise awareness of our home care services. You will work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to engage and educate about the benefits of home care. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent networking skills and a passion for helping others by connecting them to the care they need.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community groups, and referral sources.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational sessions to promote Eminence Home Care services.
• Create and distribute outreach materials and informational content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and care teams to align outreach strategies with organizational goals.
• Track outreach activity and measure effectiveness to adjust plans accordingly.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for community members seeking information about home care options.
