About The Position

Join Abundant Love Home Care Services LLC as a Home Care CNA/PCA in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care either part-time, full-time, or on weekends.

Requirements

Current CNA or PCA certification in North Carolina.
Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
Document client progress and report any changes in health to the supervising nurse.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times.
