Requirements

Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
Comfortable working with both male and female clients
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Professional attitude with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Experience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical, in-home support tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
Medication reminders
Mobility and transfer assistance
Transportation to appointments and errands
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Observing and reporting changes in condition
Encouraging client independence and engagement
