About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Howell, MI.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring safely within their homes.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
