About The Position

The Home Care Associate will provide support to the Home Care team with responsibilities that include clerical and administrative duties that sustain the day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of (2) two years’ experience working in a professional office or in a health care department.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated reflecting a positive attitude at all times.
  • A team player with notable interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to details skills.
  • A strong focus on top notch customer service.
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the department Directors and Home Care Operations Manager.
  • Prepare documents and files.
  • Data input and tracking and record keeping.
  • Answering and triaging phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.
