Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care provided and report changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
