Home Care Aide/ $1000 Sign on Bonus
About The Position
Immediate caregiver opening for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Caregiver in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $16-$17 per hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus. The role involves maintaining the care of our geriatric population, allowing caregivers to work with a smaller number of clients, control their own schedules, and manage their travel time. Caregivers are central to Phoenix Home Care, providing one-on-one connections and exceptional care to clients. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 LBS.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
- Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
- Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including: Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.)
- Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation
- Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication Reminders
- Running errands
