About The Position

Couples Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Must have a cell phone with internet access.
• Must be able to drive clients in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursable).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Assist with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
• Provide companionship to clients.

• Hourly Rate: $20-$23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
