Home Care Aide – 24-Hour Shifts
About The Position
We are hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for 24-hour shifts, including part-time and PRN opportunities. These roles are ideal for dedicated professionals who prefer longer, continuous shifts while providing consistent, one-on-one care. Providing care over extended periods requires trust, commitment, and a deep sense of responsibility. Requirements
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA required or strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage extended shifts with professionalism and attentiveness
- Compassionate, dependable, and highly responsible
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Supporting daily routines and overnight needs
- Monitoring safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Building strong, consistent relationships with clients and their families
