About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides, Caregivers, or PCAs. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors while maintaining control of your schedule. We provide free training and certification for the right candidates, regardless of prior experience. As a Caregiver, you will support clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• No prior experience required. Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
