About The Position

Cheer Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled in San Diego County. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant personality and exceptional skills to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Assist with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
• Cook meals.
