About The Position
BrightStar Care, America’s #1 In-Home Care Agency, is hiring Home Care Aides. This role involves providing care to children, adults, or older adults within clients' homes, with schedules designed to be within 20–30 minutes from the caregiver's home. Caregivers can choose from 4–12 hour shifts, available in AM or PM, on weekdays or weekends, and can work either part-time or full-time. The company offers competitive compensation, annual rate increases, paid time off, and flexible pay options (Same Day Pay or Weekly Pay). Requirements
- Lives in or near Conejo Valley, Simi Valley or Coastal Los Angeles
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Holds current CPR/First Aid certification, or is willing to obtain it
- Registered as a California Homecare Aide or willing to obtain
- 1+ year of experience providing support or care to individuals in need (children, adults, or older adults)
- Experience with personal care, companion care, or roles such as Homecare Aide, DSP, Home Health Aide, CNA or similar
- Dependable, consistent, and someone families and clients can rely on
