Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Current CNA or HHA certification or caregiving experience.
• Nursing students seeking patient care experience.
• Strong communication skills and a caring nature.
• Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to maintain dignity and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, light exercise, or walking.
• Prepare and serve tasty and healthy meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide companionship, engage in fun activities, and be a friendly and joyful presence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
• Provide occasional transportation for clients to appointments or errands (mileage reimbursed).
