About The Position

We are looking for Home Care Aides to join our team! You will be directly working with a female patient, following a one-on-one care plan in clients' home. This client is getting discharged from a rehab facility next week and desperately wants to come home. She's not allowed to go home until there is 24/7 assistance in place. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Requirements

At least 1 year of Personal care Experience
At least 2 professional work history references
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English
Driver’s license, Reliable transportation, and clean motor vehicle record
Willing to submit to criminal background checks
Willing to accept a shift every other weekend
Current US driver’s license
Car
1 year of caregiving experience
Ability to pass a background check
Strong ability to read, write, and speak English
Punctuality and reliability
Compassionate and caring heart
Patience and willingness to learn new skills

Nice To Haves

Certifications are welcome (CNA, HHA, etc.) but not required.

Responsibilities

Directly working with a female patient, following a one-on-one care plan in clients' home.
Providing personalized and attentive care.

Read ADLs and personal care instructions.
Communicate verbally with clients and families.
Write shift notes to update the family, office, and other caregivers.
