About The Position

Haven Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide essential support to seniors in the Buffalo, MO area and surrounding communities. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and immediate availability. As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. Eligible seniors receive services through a state or VA-funded program. The role involves providing direct personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.

Requirements

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to clients in the comfort of their home
• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Bathing/personal care
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running errands
