Requirements
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring, reliable, and patient individual with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus (paid training available)
- HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required if you're willing to obtain it
Responsibilities
- Help clients with everyday activities to support their independence
- Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Build meaningful relationships by offering companionship and emotional encouragement
- Prepare simple meals and help keep the home neat and organized
- Assist with walking, transfers, and gentle mobility support, while providing medication reminders
- Promote a safe and clean environment.
